In order to obtain accurate cut lengths, tension control is the second most important variable. DM&E makes a variety of Tension Stand to fit any situation. For low cost tension needs, our 200 Series Tension Stand provide just the right addition of tension for your process. If more accurate tension control is needed, the 300 Series Tension Stands increases incoming tension to more than 300 pounds, using an integrated dancer to monitor this tension. With the motor controlled 300 Series Tension Stand, an AC motor is used to reduce incoming tension.

Since crimping has a large effect on cut length, DM&E has developed a wide selection of Crimpers. From the small, compact CL-05 to the economical WA crimpers, there is a crimper that will handle a variety of tow bands and crimp levels.
